How long does it take for shipping?

This depends primarily on your location.

Most of the time we are able to ship out the product between 2 to 4 working days after an order has been placed. We ship all orders by EMS. And this will usually take another 3 to 7 working days to reach the final destination depending on location and shipping conditions. (See the estimates given by Japan Post)
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a notification email with details.
Your order will be updated with a tracking number which you will be able to use to find out the status of your shipment. See here for details.
