How can I check the status of my order?

If you registered as a member of our site when you placed your order you will be able to check your order details by loggin in.

Meaning of order statuses used on Jzool.com

Not Finished The order is not finished and no payment has been made. Orders are usually left at this status if you've stopped before completing the payment process for some reason.
Awaiting Processing
We have successfully received your order. At this stage the order is waiting to be processed.
Processed
(Preparing for Shipment)
Your order has been accepted and your products are being prepared for shipment. It may take between 2 to 4 working days before the order attains this status. Order cancellation is not possible at this point.
Shipped Your order has been shipped successfully. We usually ship out between 3 to 7 working days after your order has been placed unless specifically noted in the product details.
Canceled Orders that have been canceled.
Declined Orders for which payment authorization has failed.


If you selected EMS (Express Mail Service) for you shipping method you can check its status from The Japan Postal Service Tracking System.
