If you registered as a member of our site when you placed your order you will be able to check your order details by loggin in.
Meaning of order statuses used on Jzool.com
| Not Finished |
The order is not finished and no payment has been made. Orders are usually left at this status if you've stopped before completing the payment process for some reason. |
Awaiting Processing
|
We have successfully received your order. At this stage the order is waiting to be processed.
|
Processed
(Preparing for Shipment) |
Your order has been accepted and your products are being prepared for shipment. It may take between 2 to 4 working days before the order attains this status. Order cancellation is not possible at this point. |
| Shipped |
Your order has been shipped successfully. We usually ship out between 3 to 7 working days after your order has been placed unless specifically noted in the product details. |
| Canceled |
Orders that have been canceled. |
| Declined |
Orders for which payment authorization has failed. |
