Can I cancel an order?

Canceling Your Order

You may cancel an order without cost if your order status is still "Awaiting Processing". This will be the status immediately after you place your order. (Note that your credit card is not charged at this point) However, as a rule we do not accept cancellations if the order has progressed beyond "Processed(Preparing for Shipment)". 

If you still wish to cancel an order you must notify us via the contact us form by entering your order number. But please be aware that we will be charging a cancellation fee of 5% or higher.
