Sometimes you may leave an order incomplete for one reason or another.
(This can happen, for example, if you go to the credit card processing site but do not proceed with the order.)
But don't worry! You can continue shopping from where you left off by following the steps below.
Login to Jzool
Just click on the login button on the top left.
Enter your login details
After you login you will be redirected to your cart contents.
If you left something in your cart unpurchased you will find it here.
From here on you can follow the normal checkout process or continue shopping.

Select Shipping and Payment Method
All shipment will be through EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping is FREE for orders above $100 and only $14 for all others.
If you wish to pay with credit card select Credit Card or Paypal (you'll be given a chance to select between the two options later)
Confirm Order
Check your order one final time. If you need to send us any special instructions you can do so here.
Click "Submit Order" to proceed.
Choose between Credit Card or Paypal
We use Paypal to process all our payments. If you have a Paypal account you can log in and pay us through Paypal.
If you wish to simply pay us with your credit card (Visa, Master, Amex, Discover) you can also do so from this screen.
Enter Credit Card Informaiton (If you chose to pay with credit card)
If you selected to pay with your credit card you will be asked to enter your credit card information here.
Most of your information such as name and address will have already been filled out for you.
Simply enter your credit card number, expiration date and CSC code.
Click "Review Order and Continue" when you're done.
That's it! You're finished.
You should receive confirmation of your order via email but if you have any concerns at this point please feel free to contact us.
